3. Suggestion: Investment in production of stainless steel pipes

Many people who want to produce the stainless steel welded pipes will ask the following questions. Here, let me give you some advice:

1). What are the pipe’s application/ usage, outside diameter range, and thickness range?

Firstly, you should analyze what kind of pipes you want to produce (application/ usage, outside diameter range, and thickness range). Because it affects the prices of stainless steel pipe making machines directly.

2). When we want to produce stainless steel welded pipes, what kind of machines and accessories should be prepared?

If we do it on this way, we can make a profit by 1000-2000 RMB/ton. If we sell the pipes to distributors, we just can make a profit by 500-700 RMB/ton. If the internal management is good or we have good advantages on the local limitations, the profits will be more. Anyway, the data is from Chinese market, and we have to calculate based on your country’s situation.

4). What is the size of plant?

We suggest that the length of Plant is not less than 63m, because the complete stainless steel tube mill line is about 63m. If we install the machines in direct way, the efficiency will be the best. However, when the length of the workshop is less than 63m, we can also install the machines in groups. We will design the installation chart firstly for your reference.

5). How many lines are suitable for my investment?

Many people want to invest one production line at first, but the cost of one production line is large and the profit is little. Actually, the costs of investing two production lines and one production line are similar, just increase one pipe making machine ,and one line and two production lines need are the same workers, same  polishing machines. However, the output of two lines will be doubled, so the profit will be much more . Therefore, we suggest you invest two production lines at the beginning at least.
