Baosteel Dresdner launched the world's leading production line,would build a green industrial base

Recently, the reporter learned from Baosteel Desheng Stainless Steel Co., invested 1.987 billion RMB cold-rolled stainless steel production line which is full continuous direct rolling annealing and pickling . It has entered the equipment installation phase and would be finish in the end of this year. It is reported that is the world's first four racks of Siemens VAI production line.

     This production line is expected to reach 40 million tons of annual output . It will help to improve the production efficiency, development of more clients, while also reducing staffing, so the cost will be done

     In the north side of main building, a set of facilities are under construction. "This is a public auxiliary facilities, which is the medium of providing water, electricity, gas and other energy, re-process the wastewater and air which made by the production also, and realize the saving energy ..

In addition, Baosteel Dresdner’s second phase , that is 630 thousand tons of total capacity for the high-nickel smelting system project was completed in the first half of this year . It is reported that Baosteel Group intends to build the world's most competitive Luoyuanwan green stainless steel industrial base. Corporate are planning new projects land , the frontier would be built logistics base consisting of multiple dock, the rear is base on the production, processing park while building the stainless steel industry, forming the raw materials to be a stainless steel industrial chain.
