6. What are the Characteristics YXH Mould/Roller?

1). The material of Mould is Cr12MoV, with high quality, and high precision technology, so the hardness can reach HRC63—65. Due to reasonable design, high precision, advanced heat treatment process, so the moulds will be in long service life, smooth process, good stability, high efficiency, without scuffing and nail lines.
2). Now, our company has prepared the new mould material (high aluminum bronze and high manganese bronze raw materials). The new materials have high hardness and good abrasion resistance, therefore, the finished moulds don’t need heat treatment, and the moulds can be forming in one time, no deformation, no magnetic, higher mould precision.
3). YXH’s moulds will be installed on its Pipe Making Machine, to produce the stainless steel pipe, copper pipe and iron pipe. It doesn’t need the engineer to adjust the moulds, so YXH’S customer can have the initiative in hands. What’s more, it helps customers to reduces the production cost, and improve the efficiency.
4). YXH uses CNC to process the moulds, so the moulds are durable and in high precision. The surface of square tube is flat, in good angle and mirror finishing. Besides, it makes the shape position tolerances of roundness within 5 mm, tolerances of square tube diagonal within + / - 0.5 mm.
