Outokumpu received the Italian stainless steel factory offe

　　According to Italian media reports, Finland stainless steel manufacturer Outokumpu informed the Italian Ministry of economic development, has received three offer from Terni stainless steel factory which is located in Italy (AST).

　　It is reported that the United States of America Investment Fund Apollo Global Management , Aperam stainless steel company Arcelor Mittal's , Italian iron and steel producers Arvedi Group and Marcegaglia Group has offered 2 binding bid for AST. In addition, China TISCO proposed non-binding offer.
　　Outokumpu plans to deal it at the end of May. The European Commission has set the deadline to 7th , May for the company to find potential investors.
　　In the acquisition’s framework of the Inoxum, in order to make the EU which is the regulators Outokumpu satisfaction, Germany Thyssen Krupp Stainless Steel Branch has agreed to sell its Inoxum stainless steel enterprises which is located in terni.
